Qualitative and quantitative research design and analysis experience. Development and design of industry training modules in leadership, team dynamics, quality management, business excellence, and six sigma, and managing service quality in the health sector from a business sustainability perspective.

Extensive international academic and industry experience with a flare of innovation: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Cyprus, Dubai, UK, USA and New Zealand including various consultancy work on quality auditing, curriculum development, training the trainers workshops and conference management for overseas organisations.
